Can I get a 30 Day Free trial on any App?

If you want to “try before you buy” we can give you a free 30 day evaluation on selected Apps. Simply enter the Coupon Code 30DaysFree when you reach the checkout page and process your Order. We'll send evaluation codes that are valid for 30 days to your Greentree Reseller for installation. Once you're ready to purchase the Apps either advise your Greentree Reseller or simply return to the site to order those Apps you want.

Can anyone buy Apps?

If you're a customer of an AppsForGreentree Approved Reseller you are able to buy and use Apps. We recommend you contact your reseller to discuss the suitability of an App in your system, prior to placing any order.

Do I have to pay GST?

GST is only payable by New Zealand customers. If you are not located in New Zealand, the GST will be removed once you enter your address during the checkout process or log in to your account.

How do I know whether an App would suit me?

You will find a a detailed description along with screenshots and release notes for each App on the website. You should discuss the use of each App with your Greentree Reseller or Consultant to ensure that it will be suitable for your system.

We also recommend that you take advantage of the free 30 day evaluation period available on most Apps, to test the App in your Test system.

What are my payment options?

When you place an order for Apps on this web site you may pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal account.

Payments are processed through the PayPal payment gateway. 

All payments will be in New Zealand Dollars.

The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.

Why aren't Apps offered in Greentree as part of the maintenance I pay?

AppsForGreentree offers Apps that are developed by independent, 3rd party developers, to extend and enhance the current core functionality of the Greentree Product Suite.

When will I receive an invoice for Apps I order?

Please order and pay for Apps through the AppsForGreentree.com web site. Your Invoice and Registration Code(s) will be sent to you and your Greentree consultant. We recommend you work with your consultant to evaluate and implement Apps on your Greentree system.

Please note that Apps subscriptions generally run for 12 months from the date the Registration Codes are issued by AppsForGreentree. Your Reseller may therefore require that invoices for Apps are payable immediately rather than on your normal payment terms.

When will I receive my Registration Codes?

We will send your Registration Codes to you and your Greentree Reseller within 1 business day of receiving your completed order. Please liaise with your Greentree Reseller to ensure that the Registration Codes are installed as soon as you require them.

Cancellation or Refunds

You can request a refund or replacement app by sending an email to support@appsforgreentree.com or click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side to submit a request.
