How do I get support for my Apps?

Your Greentree Reseller will provide first-line point support as they are the ones that know your system best and will be able to diagnose the likely cause of the problem. 

Your Reseller will then log a call in the centralised AppsForGreentree support system and this call will be automatically forwarded to the App's Developer for resolution.

Once a new version of the App is available your Greentree Reseller will be informed and will make plans with you for it to be installed into your system.

Please note that as with any software, your Reseller may charge you for time spent diagnosing and reporting an issue with your Greentree system or an App.
