Product Description
Functionality to convert IN Lines on a CRM Quote to a Bill Of Materials or Buy-In Stock.
This App works in association with and is dependent on the Quick Entry of Buy-in Stock & POs App (010048).
The App adds a “Create BOM” button to the CRM Quote Maintenance screen.
When clicked a new screen pops up showing all Inventory lines from the quote. If App 010048 - Quick Entry of Buy-in Stock & POs is also present in the system. the BOM can include Buy-In lines.
When the user clicks the "Create BOM" button, a new Bill of Materials is created, with the selected components, and the maintenance screen is displayed. A variety of other settings default from the App's Module Control settings. 
The user may edit settings as required then click save.
The App then updates the CRM Quote, based on any changes to quantities, and adds a line for the finished item using the cost and sell price per the created BOM.
When all lines have been converted the user must manually convert the quote to a sales order and manually create/link the BOM lines to a factory order.
