    Product Description

    This app provides a table matrix in which a list of email addresses can be mapped to Users and/or CRM/EDoc Teams.

    The purpose for which this was developed was so that an A&A Rule Script could do a lookup in this matrix for a specific email address and get back the CRM User and/or Team that an EDoc should be assigned to.

    It could also be used for any other purpose where a text string needs to be mapped to a User or Team.

    Important Notes

    • We recommend that you test the configuration of the App thoroughly in a test system prior to deploying the App in your live Greentree system.
    • This App does not perform any actions on its own, A&A Rules need to be written to perform the lookups and then perform whatever actions are desired.
