Product Description
This app assists in creating and maintaining a standard chart of accounts across multiple companies with the ability to deploy specific accounts to specific companies. It also enables the bulk generation of accounts when a new company is established, with the types of accounts generated dependent on properties of the new company.
The App adds functionality to:
- Select a specific company to act as the Master.
- Identify if a GL Code should be included in intercompany replication.
- Control which companies or groups of companies a GL Code should be synced to.
- Tag a GL Code as ready for replication (not immediate on creation).
- Have a script that runs periodically to generate/update GL Codes (Bulk generation/update) .
- Changes to master will always over-write properties on the non-master accounts.
- Tree and Transaction Trees that are common between companies are updated from the Master to the Servant company.
- Notes are not synced between companies.
Important Notes
- We recommend that you test the configuration of the App thoroughly in a test system prior to deploying the App in your live Greentree system.
