Product Description
This App allows managers a view of both rostered times and logged times for an employee/job/pay period on a webpage ‘table’, so hours worked can be reviewed (with budget comparison) before approving the timesheets for processing in Payroll.
Rostered times are held on JC Jobs by JC employee and logged times can be imported via a csv file after being loaded down from an external time and attendance application or created in Excel. Output from this App is a csv file in the format of the HR Import Pays feature, so that the pays can be generated from the csv file.
Two system scripts are added by this app:
- Import JC Timesheets
- Export JC Timesheets
Important Notes
- We recommend that you test the configuration of the App thoroughly in a test system prior to deploying the App in your live Greentree system.
- JCEmployee ‘Alpha’ and HRPerson Code must match in Greentree
