Product Description
Do you find it hard to know what products or services you've bought from a Supplier other than having to drill into each invoice to see what is on it? With this App, we have added a new "Purchase History" tab to the Supplier Maintenance and Enquiry screens, so that you can see what has been invoiced by product or service, rather than by invoice. If an item has been purchased multiple times, a + appears and you can see when it was bought, how many were bought, and what the cost was.
You can choose to use search criteria to limit the number of records shown in the Purchase History, or show all purchases.
The Advanced Search button allows the search to be limited by Tree. This example shows an Inventory Tree where stock items are ranked by Key Category from A to J.
