AR Standing Invoice – Date Invoice Reference and Narration
- This Greentree App gives you a new field called "Invoice Ref" and new features on the AR Standing invoice. The new field is used to enter the formula for the generated invoice number. The new formula can show text and dynamically change the date's Month and Year. The date can be current or future by adding a number to increase the number of months.
- The new features also allow the date formula to be used on the "Invoice header narration" and "Line narration". When the date formula is used in narrations, it can be inserted inside the text.

- We recommend that you test the configuration of the App thoroughly in a test system prior to deploying the App in your live Greentree system.
