This nifty App lets you email Invoices directly from the Generate Invoices screen in Sales Orders, without having to go to another screen to do it.
Features
It couldn't be simpler to use:
- After registering the App, there are a couple of options to set on the App's module control screen.
- Select the menu item | Process | Sales Orders | Generate Invoices |. You'll note that the option to Print invoices now has changed to Print/Email invoices now.
- Selecting this option, click on the Generate Invoices button then, depending on the Invoice Delivery Method set up for each customer, invoices will either be printed or emailed.

What previously was a complex multi-step process is now a simple task, while generating invoices in Greentree they are also emailed direct to customers, this means emailing of invoices can be done daily instead of weekly with no increase in the amount of time required.
