This app enables you to send eInvoices from Greentree to customers who have opted to receive invoices electronically via the Peppol network rather than by email. An eInvoice uses a global standard format in which invoice data is transmitted through the Peppol network and automatically received into the customer’s accounting system.
The app connects to MYOB Greentree’s 3rd party partner Xtracta through a new eDocs workflow that transforms the Greentree invoice into a Peppol-compatible invoice and submits it. Any issues with receiving the invoice in Xtracta are managed using Xtracta’s standard error-handling tools.
Mapping Greentree data to Peppol invoice fields is handled dynamically through the App Configuration in Greentree.
We recommend that you test the configuration of the App thoroughly in a test system prior to deploying the App in your live Greentree system.
