    Product Description

    This App enables Intercompany Finance, by providing a process to manage movement of funds between companies.

    The Intercompany app automates the Intercompany loan functionality, creating intercompany fund transfers based on an input file, creating monthly interest and facility fee transactions based on daily loan balances and facility limits and generates and distributes monthly loan statements

    The following business requirements met by this functionality are:

    1. 1.       Generate Inter Company Loan transactions based on a csv file input
    2. 2.       Manage Loans as GL Accounts in the Loan Company and the nominated Finance Company
    3. 3.       The following properties of the Loan are retained in the Finance Company as GL Account Properties
      1. a.       Loan Recipient company
      2. b.       Recipient company GL Code for Loan
      3. c.       Loan facility limit
      4. d.       Loan facility Monthly fee %
      5. e.       Loan Interest %
      6. f.        Recipient company GL Code for Interest
      7. g.       Recipient company GL Code for Fees
      8. h.       Loan Contact Email Address
      9. i.         Finance Company GL Code for Interest
      10. j.         Recipient company GL Code for Fees
    4. 4.       Automatically Calculate daily interest based on the daily closing balance of each loan accounts per company
      1. a.       Run on the 2nd to last working day of the month for the period from the last working day of the previous month to 2nd last day of the month
      2. b.       Create interest CM transactions in Loan and Finance company
      3. c.       Create a Direct Credit Schedule File to process interest payments From Bank Account to Finance Company account (10 accounts per file)
    5. 5.       Automatically Calculate monthly Facility Fees
      1. a.       Automatically Calculated on 2nd to last working day of the month
      2. b.       Create Facility Fee CM transactions in loan and finance company
      3. c.       Create Direct Credit Schedule File to process Fee payments from Company Bank Account to Finance Company Account (10 accounts per file)
    6. 6.       Automatically Generate and distribute a Loan statement for each Loan to a nominated recipient within the Loan company monthly

    Provide a Workflow Desktop for Finance Company to view Loan Company Account balance vs Finance Company Loan Account Balance highlighting any variances
