Inventory Location Transfer

Product Description

The Inventory Location Transfer App controls the process of creating and fulfilling location transfers, end-to-end, giving you more control over your inventory wherever it is. Create transfers between locations straight from the Sales Order and Factory Order entry screens, or from the Data Entry menu. Administer and record the progress of the Transfer through each stage from creation, to despatch from the sending location, to receipt at the receiving location. Monitor each Transfer's progress using a Greentree Workflow Desktop panel (optional). 

Create an Inventory Location Transfer request from:

• The Data Entry menu - to control, re-balance or replenish stock levels
• During Sales Order entry - if there is insufficient stock available to fulfil the order
• During Factory Order entry - if there is insufficient stock available to fulfil the order

Administer and record the progress of the Transfer through each stage:

• Creation of the Transfer
• Despatch from the sending location
• Receipt at the receiving location

And if you have the Greentree Workflow Module, it's easy for your consultant to set up Desktop Panels to monitor the Transfer status.

Adds a "Transfer" button to the Insufficient Inventory Available screen

Adds a "Transfer" button to the Factory Order Entry screen

Buttons on the Location Transfer Screen allow actions to be completed/confirmed including: Send Request, Confirm Despatch, Confirm Receipt and Cancel.
