If you regularly buy in products that are not part of your standard range, to satisfy a one-off client order, you’ll be familiar with how time-consuming this process can be.
This App automates the creation of Stock Item records and Purchase Orders for what we call Buy In Stock, straight from the Sales Order screen, saving you valuable time.
You can also create a Stock Item directly from the CRM Quote screen and have it flow through to your Sales Order and Purchase Order.
Adds a Create Buy-In button to the Sales Order entry screen and Quote screen:
Pops up a new Buy-In Code Maintenance Form for entry of stock item details
Automatically creates the Inventory Item and the associated Purchase Order
When the Sales Order is complete, the App pops up a window listing the POs created and allows them to be printed or emailed
