    Maybe you'd like to know which menu settings have changed between 2 points in time, regardless of Greentree versions? How else would you do it other than by checking each user one by one - month by month - to build up a history? With 500+ menu options, several users and even just a handful of companies, it would be a virtually impossible task. 

    With the 'User Preferences and Security Snapshots' App you can take a snapshot of your system's user security and user preferences, and compare it to a previous snapshot. You can also export to Excel so anyone capable of filtering data or using a pivot table can mine a rich source of user security and preferences data.
